The Media Momentum 2010 awards gala was a fantastic event, attracting the ‘who is who' of Europe's digital media world. Hosted at Sketch, everyone agreed that Reading Room, 2010's featured digital agency, created an amazing ambiance with their visual displays and countdown presentation. Anil Hansjee, Head of M&A Google EMEA, addressed the crowd as the key note speaker.

The Top 50 companies in the 2010 list collectively grew their revenue base from €786m to an incredible €1,955m in a 3 year period, certainly plenty of reason to celebrate.

Xavier Court from vente-privee.com was the night's big winner and picked up four awards in total for Best Execution Award, Best Management Award, Vision & Future Growth Potential Award and finally the Judges Award. Wonga.com was 2010's Fastest Growing Company and the judges voted Neil Hutchinson from Forward Internet Group as the Digital Media Personality of the Year. The company that topped the top 20 table for companies with revenues above €10m in the base year, was won by Bigpoint, Nils Holger Henning from Bigpoint also picked up the Uniqueness of Offering Award.

The high profiled judging panel of industry experts and entrepreneurs will meet the nominated companies on the 22nd April 2010 and cast their vote.
