The 2007 GP Bullhound Media Momentum awards was a packed dinner and drinks bash held on March 27 at Sketch Restaurant in London. The keynote speaker was Gawn Rowan Hamilton co-founder of Mergermarket, which was acquired by Pearson for £101m in 2006
Media Momentum 2007 did once again attract the most innovative digital media companies in the UK, with the quality of entrants raising the bar further from prior events. Last years winner achieved revenue growth over a 2 year period of a vastly impressive 3,659%, however this would only place them in fourth place in this years list. At the other end of the league table the improved performance is also evident, with companies requiring revenue growth of 32% to make it into the coveted top 50, this year companies needed to show growth of at least 85%.
